TAX AUDIT
During a tax audit we:
• Conduct an independent assessment of client's tax risks
• Identify the facts relating to arrears and late tax payments and highlight the grounds and circumstances of their origin
• Provide proactive legal protection of interests of our clients in Tax Commitee and the Republic of Tajikistan's
courts during a desk or on-site tax inspection by the tax authorities, including:
• forming a client's legal position in disputes with tax authorities on the results of off-site and documentary tax inspections;
• preparing objections to the acts of inspection by tax authorities' claims in the courts
• protecting client's immediate interests in tax authorities and courts
