The history of our formation is a vivid example of a rapid response to constantly changing market conditions and customer needs. Our organization was established in 2005 under the brand name Asian Business Group. Progressive-minded leading professionals came together to share and expand their knowledge, as well as to support transnational operations and clients.
In order to share and expand our knowledge and provide better services to our clients, we joined the BDO International in 2011. BDO helped us to adapt to the changes brought by external forces such as regulation and globalisation, as well as the changing needs and expectations of our clients.
Since 2020, the organization adopted the name LLC "Tax and legal advisers" and is collaborating with Andersen Global in Tajikistan.
Andersen Global is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms comprised of tax and legal professionals around the world. Established in 2013 by U.S. member firm Andersen Tax LLC, Andersen Global has more than 6,000 professionals worldwide and a presence in over 232 locations through its member firms and collaborating firms.
Above all, our Team will continue to deliver the exceptional client service, because this is what differentiates us in our market. Technical excellence is a given, but our exceptional client service programme is embedded in our strategy.
