Taxation of Individuals

Hiring of foreign nationals often leads to difficulties with legal aspects of their employment contracts, such as registration with migration authorities and taxation issues. Foreign companies that wish to work in Tajikistan have to go through certain procedures to obtain permission to employ nonresidents.
