The final version of Tajikistan’s tax code is submitted for consideration to the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Recall, that new tax code was prepared by a working group at the Ministry of Finance (MoF) with the involvement of international experts. The working group was created by order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated June 20, 2019.Proposed major changes:
- reduction in the number of taxes;
- introduction of new taxation regimes;
- changes in tax rates;
- taxation of foreign companies providing electronic services.
